SUDARSHAN KRIYA's explanation is beyond the scope of words. It should be experienced atleast once by everyone. It makes you calm, relaxed n free from all the tensions and has a direct IMPACT on all aspect of one's LIFE.
A child learns most till the age of 9-10 yrs. Then it slows down, as more time passes by. The child simply collects experiences. Similarly,first four days of the course,there was LEARNING and there after it was collection of experiences.
Its a good platform for the youth to learn some good things in an interesting and playful way who find it very boring to listen to some good things.
